Where we ship

Bernardino Slats ships to addresses in all 50 United States. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Shipping rates

Free Standard Shipping on every order, with no minimum.
Express Shipping — US$15.00, priority handling. The option and price are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Large orders may arrive in more than one box, each with its own tracking number.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, email photos of the item and box to contact@bernardinoslats.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and reship or refund.
